TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rangelands Outback Camp accepts payment via direct deposit (please contact us) or credit card. Surcharges apply for Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments. Payment in full is required at least 30 days prior to arrival as per invoice.

Rangelands Outback Camp reserves the right to modify prices for marketing and commercial reasons.

All bookings for optional tours including transfers via light aircraft or additional helicopter tours will be referred to our Tour Partners. Our Tour Partners will charge you directly for their services and you agree to be bound by their Terms and Conditions.

To enjoy and make the most out of all activities we recommend guests have a reasonable level of physical fitness and mobility. Please note there are uneven and rough surfaces on many tours, steps and other obstacles that come with the natural landscape. Please consider this when making your booking.

Rangelands Outback Camp reserves the right to cancel or alter tour itineraries as deemed necessary. Tour operation or alterations to itineraries may occur due to road or weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, accommodation availability and/or other factors. Accommodation will be of a similar or better standard if a change is required.

If your booking is cancelled or is not able to be taken due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Rangelands Outback Camp will offer you a FULL refund less any unrecoverable costs (including but not limited to recoveries from third party suppliers and any other costs incurred to sell the package). “Force Majeure Event” (includes but is not limited to) means any act of, event or cause including floods, earthquakes, fires, lightening, storms or other acts of God, industrial disputes, breakage of machinery, or arising out of any other unexpected and exceptional cause, delays in transport and dispositions or orders of Governmental authority which prevents a trip to commence, continue or be completed.

The remote nature of Rangelands makes it an ideal outback holiday experience. However due to the accessibility of the property and the experiences it offers we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to travelling. Please take the time to review your insurance policy to ensure you are covered in the unlikely event your travel plans are disrupted due to extreme weather conditions or acts of god.
